The company reported a loss from continuing operations of $7 million, including a $10.1 million non-cash impairment charge in the Leisure segment and $11 million in acquisition-related expenses.
For fiscal 2026, MasterCraft Boat Holdings reported net sales of $348.9 million, up 22.8% year over year, while adjusted net income increased to $30.2 million.
The company reported full-year adjusted EBITDA of $45.6 million, up $21.2 million from the prior year, supported by performance across its core operations.
