Marriott International (NASDAQ:MAR) announced its second-quarter 2026 financial results, reporting an adjusted net income of $844 million.

The hotel operator recorded an adjusted diluted EPS of $3.19 for the three-month period.

Worldwide revenue per available room increased by 3.4%, driven by a 5.0% rise in the United States and Canada.

Adjusted EBITDA grew 13% year-over-year to $1.59 billion, while franchise and base management fees climbed 14% to $1.36 billion.

Following the announcement, Marriott International's share price was trading around $374.58.

The company added roughly 17,900 net rooms to its portfolio, bringing its total system to more than 10,000 properties.

Management also updated its full-year 2026 outlook, expecting total capital returns to shareholders to exceed $4.5 billion.
