Lamar Advertising (NASDAQ:LAMR) reported Q2 2026 net revenue of $616.7 million, up 6.5%, with net income reaching $164.6 million.
Revenue increased from $579.3 million, while diluted EPS rose to $1.58 from $1.52 and operating income reached $208.0 million.
Adjusted EBITDA rose 9% to $303.4 million, AFFO increased 10.1% to $247.9 million and free cash flow reached $218.7 million.
Following the announcement, Lamar Advertising's share price was down 0.5% at $158.18 in early trading.
Looking ahead, Lamar raised 2026 diluted EPS guidance to $5.95–$5.99 and diluted AFFO-per-share guidance to $8.75–$8.90.
First-half revenue rose 5.5% to $1.14 billion, while net income declined 9.4% because the prior-year period included a Vistar Media disposal gain.
