
Kyivstar revenue hits $339M as subscriber and data growth boost sales

Kyivstar Group (NASDAQ:KYIV) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $339 million, up 19.3% year over year, as digital services growth contributed to higher group performance.
EBITDA increased 13.7% to $188 million, while net profit reached $77 million after including a $21.2 million non-cash warrant revaluation.
Digital revenue increased 83% to $73.7 million, representing 21.7% of total revenue, while capital expenditures reached $59 million and last-twelve-month capex intensity declined to 26.6%.
Looking ahead, Kyivstar raised its 2026 outlook for revenue growth to 14%–16% and EBITDA growth to 9%–12%.
The company reported equity free cash flow of $104 million, up 32.2% year over year, and ended the quarter with $364 million in cash and deposits.
Kyivstar acquired six solar plants for $80.8 million, expanded Starlink Direct-to-Cell usage to more than 6 million customers, and continued developing digital businesses including Uklon, Tabletki and Kyivstar TV.
