Krispy Kreme (NASDAQ:DNUT) reported Q2 2026 revenue of $331 million, down 12.8%, as refranchising and strategic door closures reduced reported sales.
Revenue fell from $379.8 million, while the GAAP net loss narrowed to $19.8 million from $441.1 million one year earlier.
Adjusted EBITDA rose 43.2% to $28.8 million, its margin increased to 8.7%, and adjusted loss improved to $0.03 per share.
Krispy Kreme maintained its 2026 guidance.
Following the announcement, Krispy Kreme's share price was up 0.8% at $3.10 in premarket trading.
U.S. revenue fell 25% to $172.7 million, while Market Development revenue increased 142.3% to $41 million following refranchising activity.
The company also opened 59 shops, reduced first-half capital expenditure by 70.2% and added 448 U.S. fresh-delivery doors with strategic partners.
