Kingsoft Cloud (NASDAQ:KC) reported Q2 2026 revenue of RMB3.07 billion, up 30.8% year over year, as demand from AI-related customers supported growth in its cloud business.
Public cloud revenue increased 45.1% to RMB2.36 billion, while enterprise cloud revenue declined 1.3% year over year to RMB714.3 million.
Gross profit increased 37.6% to RMB466.2 million, with gross margin improving to 15.2%, while operating profit reached RMB23 million compared with operating losses in the prior-year and previous-quarter periods.
Following the announcement, Kingsoft Cloud's share price was unchanged at $11.26 in premarket trading.
AI cloud gross billings increased 82% year over year to RMB1.33 billion, representing 56% of public cloud revenue, while non-GAAP operating profit reached RMB124 million.
Kingsoft Cloud reported non-GAAP EBITDA of RMB1.10 billion, with a 35.8% margin, while capital expenditures including leased assets totaled RMB3.3 billion during the quarter.
The company ended June 30, 2026 with RMB4.67 billion in cash and cash equivalents, compared with higher cash levels previously, following continued investment in cloud infrastructure.
