
Kenvue’s sales momentum pushes revenue to $3.96 billion

Kenvue (NYSE:KVUE) reported Q2 2026 net sales of $3.96 billion, up 3%, while diluted EPS increased to $0.24.
Net income rose to $456 million from $420 million, while adjusted diluted EPS increased to $0.31 from $0.29.
Gross margin fell to 58.2%, while Skin Health and Beauty led segment growth with a 5.1% sales increase.
Meanwhile, Kenvue withheld 2026 guidance because of the pending merger.
Following the announcement, Kenvue's share price was up 0.5% at $19.67.
The company expects Kimberly-Clark’s acquisition to close in Q4 2026, subject to remaining foreign approvals and customary conditions.
Elsewhere, first-half operating cash flow reached $1.2 billion, while Kenvue expects about $250 million of 2026 restructuring charges.
