Kalaris Therapeutics (NASDAQ:KLRS) reported expanded Phase 1a TH103 data from 20 patients, with plasma exposure up to 53-fold below leading anti-VEGF agents.

The dataset included 17 treatment-naive and three treatment-experienced patients, all of whom completed six months of follow-up.

After one injection, 41% of treatment-naive patients reached four months before retreatment, while 29% required no additional therapy over six months.

Following the announcement, Kalaris Therapeutics share price was up 4.12% at $4.80 in premarket trading.

Six patients receiving adjusted 2.5mg material had no intraocular inflammation, while one 5mg case was temporary and resolved without lasting effects.

Kalaris is enrolling its Phase 1b/2 multiple-dose trial and expects to release initial data during the first half of 2027.
