Gross margin increased to 45.3% from 37.6% a year earlier, helped by approximately $15 million of tariff refunds.
Net income rose to $14.9 million, or $1.42 per diluted share, from $7.7 million, or $0.75 per share, in fiscal Q3 2025.
Fishing and Diving sales increased during the quarter, while Camping & Watercraft Recreation revenue declined 13% year over year.
Year-to-date net sales increased 15% to $525.1 million, while profit before income taxes reached $32.2 million compared with a loss in the prior-year period.
Johnson Outdoors ended the quarter with $175.2 million in cash and short-term investments after paying its previously declared $0.33-per-Class-A-share quarterly dividend on July 30, 2026.
