IRADIMED reports record Q4 revenue of $22.7M, up 17% YoY

IRADIMED (NASDAQ:IRMD), a leader in MRI-compatible medical devices, reported record financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025.

Fourth-quarter revenue reached $22.7 million, increasing 17% year-over-year.

GAAP diluted earnings per share were $0.50, while non-GAAP diluted EPS was $0.54.

For the full year 2025, revenue grew 14% to $83.8 million.

GAAP EPS was $1.75, and non-GAAP EPS was $1.93.

The Board of Directors also raised the regular quarterly cash dividend to $0.20 per share, payable March 6, 2026, to shareholders of record on the applicable date.

Management expects fiscal 2026 revenue in the range of $91 million to $96 million and provided updated GAAP and non-GAAP EPS ranges for the first quarter and full year.
