Iovance raises 2026 revenue guidance on Amtagvi and Proleukin demand
- Iovance Biotherapeutics increased its 2026 full-year revenue guidance to $410 million–$420 million from its previous $350 million–$370 million outlook.
- The updated midpoint represents a $55 million increase, or approximately 15%, versus prior guidance and implies nearly 60% annual revenue growth.
- The company cited stronger U.S. demand for Amtagvi and Proleukin as the driver behind the revised outlook.
Iovance Biotherapeutics (NASDAQ:IOVA) raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance following stronger-than-expected demand for its commercial products, Amtagvi and Proleukin.
The company now expects total 2026 revenue of $410 million to $420 million, replacing its previous guidance range of $350 million to $370 million.
The midpoint of the updated range is $415 million, representing a $55 million increase compared with the prior midpoint of $360 million, or approximately 15% higher.
The revised outlook also implies nearly 60% year-over-year growth in total revenue.
Iovance attributed the increase primarily to U.S. demand for Amtagvi, its cell therapy product, and Proleukin.
The company previously reported record second-quarter 2026 total product revenue of $99.3 million.
Iovance said it has completed the guidance review announced following its second-quarter results and now has greater visibility into expected third- and fourth-quarter revenue based on current patient demand and manufacturing schedules.
The company expects to report third-quarter 2026 financial results in early November 2026.
