Intelligent Bio Solutions (NASDAQ:INBS) reported fiscal 2026 revenue of $4.2 million, up 38% year over year, driven by growth in its installed reader base and consumable cartridge sales.
The company’s reader installed base increased 22% to 1,886 units, while consumable cartridge sales rose 35% to 106,500 units compared with the prior fiscal year.
Intelligent Bio Solutions reported gross profit of $2.05 million, up 64%, and gross margin of 48.63%, an expansion of 778 basis points supported by a manufacturing shift to Syrma Johari and a higher mix of cartridge consumables.
The company said it completed clinical data collection for its FDA 510(k) program and plans to submit the application in the second half of calendar 2026 to support potential U.S. market entry.
Intelligent Bio Solutions ended June 30, 2026 with 502 active customers and cash of $3.99 million, while net loss attributable to the company increased to $12.43 million from $10.57 million.
The company reported operating expenses of $15.34 million and said multiple supporting studies for its FDA program had been finalized.
