INNIO (NASDAQ:INIO) reported second-quarter 2026 net sales of $937.7 million, up 42% from the prior-year period, as Equipment revenue increased 61% to $569.3 million and Services revenue rose 21% to $368.4 million.

The company recorded a net loss of $16.9 million compared with net income of $62.4 million a year earlier, mainly reflecting $81.2 million of IPO and public-readiness one-off costs.

INNIO said strong demand for gas-engine power solutions supported record Equipment order intake and a significant expansion in its contracted backlog.

Adjusted EBITDA increased 20% to $172.3 million, representing an adjusted EBITDA margin of 18.4%, while Equipment order intake rose 316% to a record $2.29 billion.

The company expects fiscal 2026 revenue of $3.8 billion to $3.9 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $720 million to $740 million.

INNIO develops gas engines, power generation equipment and related services for data centres, industrial customers and distributed energy applications.

Equipment order backlog increased to $6.58 billion from $1.74 billion a year earlier, supported by a 1.1-gigawatt data centre order and a multi-year Rehlko framework covering about 1.25 gigawatts of gas-engine capacity.
