
Hertz posts massive 10% revenue growth in Q2
- Hertz reported Q2 2026 revenue of $2.40 billion, up 10%, and GAAP net income of $64 million.
- Adjusted Corporate EBITDA improved by $63 million to $81 million, while Hertz shares gained 11.2% in premarket trading.
- The company is targeting higher vehicle revenue, lower depreciation and expansion through its Oro Mobility affiliate.
Hertz Global Holdings (NASDAQ:HTZ) revealed Q2 2026 revenue of $2.40 billion, up 10%, and GAAP net income of $64 million.
Revenue rose from $2.19 billion, while the adjusted net loss narrowed to $47 million from $91 million.
Revenue per unit rose 8%, revenue per day increased 9%, and adjusted corporate EBITDA improved to $81 million.
Following the announcement, Hertz's share price was up 11.2% at $1.74 in premarket trading, as Hertz maintained its full-year operating targets.
Hertz ended Q2 with $984 million in liquidity after issuing $350 million of exchangeable first-lien notes during June.
Meanwhile, Oro Mobility has logged more than six million miles and expects its first autonomous-vehicle partnership to begin later in 2026.
