Henry Schein (NASDAQ:HSIC) reported second-quarter net sales of $3.458 billion, up 6.7%, with internal sales growth of 4.6%.
Sales increased from $3.240 billion, while GAAP net income rose to $94 million from $86 million one year earlier.
Looking ahead, Henry Schein raised 2026 guidance to 4.5%–5.5% sales growth, adjusted EPS of $5.29–$5.39 and mid-to-high-single-digit adjusted EBITDA growth.
Following the announcement, Henry Schein's share price was up 0.8% at $86.51 in premarket trading.
Dental merchandise sales increased 9.7%, dental equipment rose 3.8%, medical distribution grew 4.0% and technology sales advanced 8.2%.
First-half sales reached $6.826 billion, while Henry Schein repurchased $325 million of shares and retained $455 million of authorization.
