
Griffon announces Q3 revenue of $481.4 million

Griffon Corporation (NYSE:GFF) reported fiscal third-quarter revenue of $481.4 million, up 7%, as favourable pricing, product mix and residential demand supported sales.
Revenue increased from $449.7 million, reflecting a 6% benefit from price and mix and 1% growth from higher volumes.
Income from continuing operations reached $66.3 million, adjusted EBITDA rose 2% to $124.8 million and adjusted diluted EPS increased to $1.51.
Griffon expects fiscal 2026 revenue of $1.8 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $458 million.
Griffon also completed AMES joint ventures in North America and Australasia, receiving $281 million in cash, PIK notes and retained minority interests.
Meanwhile, the company returned $135 million to shareholders during the first nine months, reduced quarterly debt by $137 million and lowered net leverage to 2.2 times EBITDA.
