Graphic Packaging sales drop 1% to $2.19 billion

Graphic Packaging (NYSE:GPK) reported second-quarter net sales of $2.188 billion, down 1%, while net income fell to $24 million.

Net income declined from $104 million, while adjusted EPS dropped to $0.14 from $0.42 and Innovation Sales Growth contributed $40 million.

Adjusted EBITDA fell to $247 million from $336 million as $60 million of inflation, $27 million of lower pricing and weaker volume offset $9 million of Net Performance.

Following the announcement, Graphic Packaging share price was up 5.7% at $11.35.

Meanwhile, Graphic Packaging completed its Croatia facility sale, plans to close its Lebanon, Tennessee plant and is evaluating a potential Winsford, UK closure.

The company also reported $5.483 billion of net debt and 4.7 times leverage while forecasting $600–$700 million of adjusted cash flow for 2026.
