The company expects healthy incoming orders to support operations.

Following the announcement, Gorman-Rupp's share price was down at $80.09.

During the first six months of 2026, the company reduced its total outstanding debt by $33 million.

The business reported a $60.6 million gross profit because of higher material margins and a favorable product mix.
