The Gorman-Rupp Company (NYSE:GRC), a manufacturer of pumps and fluid-handling equipment, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share on the company's common stock.
The dividend is payable on March 10, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 13, 2026.
This payment will mark the 304th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Gorman-Rupp, underscoring the company's long-standing commitment to returning capital to shareholders.
The Board also announced that the company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time.
The meeting will be conducted in a virtual format only via webcast, with the close of business on February 23, 2026, established as the record date for shareholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the meeting.
