Global Mofy (NASDAQ:GMM) reported revenue of $39.9 million for the six months ended March 31, 2026.

This represents a 49.4% increase from the $26.7 million generated during the same period last year.

The company stated the growth reflects surging market demand for its virtual technology services and AI-powered assets.

However, the cost of revenues rose 110.5% to $31.4 million, which reduced the overall gross profit to $8.5 million.

Following the announcement, Global Mofy's share price was up at $2.74.

The company also reported a GAAP net loss of $50.7 million, down from a profit in the prior year.

Global Mofy attributed this loss to $14.4 million in research and development costs alongside asset write-downs.
