
FuboTV revenue holds at $1.48 billion

FuboTV (NYSE:FUBO) reported fiscal third-quarter revenue of $1.482 billion, while North American paid subscribers increased 2% to 5.75 million.
Revenue was broadly unchanged from pro forma revenue of $1.484 billion, while the net loss narrowed from a pro forma $72.0 million to $25.7 million.
Adjusted EBITDA declined to $19.1 million from pro forma adjusted EBITDA of $31 million, while the company ended the quarter with $236.4 million in cash.
FuboTV also raised fiscal 2026 pro forma adjusted EBITDA guidance to $90–$100 million.
Elsewhere, the company completed its combination with Hulu + Live TV in October 2025 and now owns Hulu + Live TV, Fubo and Molotov.
FuboTV said it expects positive free cash flow in fiscal 2027 and maintained its fiscal 2028 adjusted EBITDA target of at least $300 million.
