Fox delivers robust $4.21 billion Q4 revenue

Fox (NASDAQ:FOX) reported fiscal Q4 2026 revenue of $4.21 billion, up 28%, with Adjusted EBITDA reaching $1.20 billion.

Revenue increased from $3.29 billion, while adjusted EBITDA rose from $939 million in fiscal Q4 2025.

Advertising revenue increased 78%, driven by the FIFA Men’s World Cup and continued digital growth at Tubi.

Quarterly net income was $696 million, adjusted net income reached $765 million, and the board approved a $0.29 semi-annual dividend.

Fox said cumulative share repurchases reached approximately $8.6 billion.

For fiscal 2026, revenue increased 5% to $17.13 billion and adjusted EBITDA rose 8% to $3.91 billion, while net income was $1.73 billion.

Television EBITDA increased 52% to $1.44 billion as Fox expanded FOX One and agreed to acquire Roku for approximately $22 billion, subject to approvals.
