Flutter revenue nears $4.5 billion as growth holds steady

Flutter Entertainment (NYSE:FLUT) reported second-quarter revenue of $4.326 billion, up 3%, while the company swung to a $296 million net loss.

Revenue rose from $4.187 billion, but average monthly players fell 11% to 14.3 million, heavily affected by the closure in India.

Adjusted EBITDA fell 45% to $508 million as US profitability weakened and Flutter recorded $95 million in historical tax provisions and accruals.

Flutter now forecasts 2026 revenue of $17.435–$18.385 billion.

Following the announcement, Flutter Entertainment's share price was down 0.9% at $104.96 in premarket trading.

US revenue declined 6% to $1.683 billion and adjusted EBITDA fell 70% to $119 million, despite 14% iGaming revenue growth.

International revenue increased 10% to $2.643 billion, while Flutter targets $500 million in additional gross savings by 2029 and will appoint Dan Taylor CEO on October 1.
