Flotek Industries (NYSE:FTK) reaffirmed 2026 revenue guidance of $340–$350 million as work on its Puerto Rico power project was halted.
The outlook also includes adjusted EBITDA of $47–$51 million and excludes any potential contribution from the PREPA Contract.
PREPA directed consortium parties to halt project work on August 17 after the Oversight Board voted to direct PREPA to terminate the agreement.
Flotek has not received a formal termination notice, and the company said participation remains subject to contract resolution, financing, bonding, approvals and deployment.
Following the announcement, Flotek Industries' share price was down 20.01% at $28.66 in premarket trading.
Flotek entered the 10-year agreement to provide power-generation equipment and PWRtek systems for a proposed 400-megawatt project at Puerto Rico's Aguirre Power Plant.
The company said its 2026 guidance retains about $9 million of estimated non-cash contract-asset amortization rather than adding it back to Adjusted EBITDA.
