FingerMotion (NASDAQ:FNGR) announced that it has received indications of interest representing approximately 52.5 MW of potential demand for its Alberta power-and-compute program.
The planned program includes ten 9.9 MW generation and data hall sites organized across four campuses located in the Brooks, Coronation, Fox Creek, and Vulcan Zones.
The full development represents approximately 99 MW of gross generation capacity and about 72 MW of continuous critical IT capacity intended to support computing infrastructure.
FingerMotion emphasized that the reported customer interest remains nonbinding.
No customer offtake agreements have been executed, and no revenue-generating contracts are guaranteed.
The company has secured two sites, Brooks Campus #1 and Hanna Campus #1, through binding letters of intent. Definitive agreements are expected to close in October.
Requests for proposals for on-site generation equipment are currently underway for both secured sites.
Meanwhile, FingerMotion has not announced project financing arrangements.
The company said its development strategy involves securing land with available power resources, obtaining required permits, and contracting capacity before beginning construction.
