Revenue increased an estimated 19%–21% sequentially, while the expected GAAP gross margin improved by 16–18 percentage points to negative 55%–53%.

The improvement follows second-quarter revenue of approximately US$69 million and continued manufacturing expansion, although the company's gross margin remains negative.

The company expects its consolidated Thorn Hill manufacturing facility to support approximately 4 GWh in annual nameplate production capacity after reaching full-scale operations.

Eos began commercial production on its second battery line in June, announced manufacturing consolidation in August and received an $87 million federal loan advance in September.
