
Eni reports Q4 net income of $104.8M along with adjusted EPS of 87 cents

Eni SpA (NYSE:E), the Rome-based integrated energy company, on Thursday reported net income of $104.8 million for its fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025.
The company said it had a profit of 2 cents per share.
Earnings adjusted for non-recurring items, including impairment charges, restructuring costs and inventory effects, came to 87 cents per share.
Revenue for the period totaled $24.44 billion.
For the full year 2025, Eni reported profit of $2.95 billion, or $1.76 per share.
Revenue reached $94.6 billion.
The results reflect a challenging commodity price environment compared with the prior year, with lower average Brent crude and European natural gas prices impacting upstream realizations.
