Endeavour Silver (NYSE:EXK) temporarily suspended operations at its Terronera silver-gold mine in Jalisco, Mexico, after a community blockade began on August 12.
The company said members of the nearby Ejido raised concerns involving road maintenance, medical and communications assistance, water access and increased financial support.
A reduced workforce remains at Terronera for safety, security and maintenance activities, while Endeavour said the blockade has remained peaceful and orderly.
Endeavour said it remains in discussions with community leaders and has the option to pursue legal remedies if the disruption becomes prolonged.
Endeavour said it aims to resolve the dispute and resume full operations as soon as possible.
Following the announcement, Endeavour Silver's share price was up 3.3% at $10.66 in pre-market trading.
Endeavour reported Q2 2026 revenue of $212.1 million after producing 1.94 million ounces of silver and 10,474 ounces of gold during the quarter.
The company also secured a $25 million revolving credit facility in August after reporting new high-grade drilling results at Terronera in June as it continued advancing its broader mining portfolio.
