Enbridge (NYSE:ENB) announced its second-quarter 2026 financial results, posting a rise in adjusted EBITDA to $4.8 billion from $4.6 billion in the same period last year.

The energy infrastructure company reported GAAP earnings attributable to common shareholders of $1.4 billion, or $0.64 per share, which declined due to non-cash derivative valuation changes.

The business recorded a distributable cash flow of $2.9 billion and saw its cash from operating activities grow to $4.1 billion.

During the quarter, the organization sanctioned several major infrastructure projects, including the $1 billion Line 5 Relocation in Wisconsin and the Bay Runner Twin pipeline.

Following the announcement, Enbridge's share price was up at $55.57.

Looking ahead, management reaffirmed the company's full-year 2026 guidance, projecting an adjusted EBITDA range of $20.2 billion to $20.8 billion and a distributable cash flow per share between $5.70 and $6.10.

The corporation also expanded its secured capital backlog to roughly $41 billion as the $4 billion Sunrise Expansion of the B.C. Pipeline system officially entered construction.
