Elbit Systems (NASDAQ:ESLT) won a contract valued at approximately $1.4 billion from an undisclosed European customer to execute a comprehensive military modernization initiative spanning the next five years.

The Haifa, Israel-based defense electronics company announced Tuesday that the multi-domain supply package is designed to improve battlefield maneuverability and survivability across the client nation's armed forces.

The transaction marks a significant capital deployment into European defense architecture at a time when regional governments are accelerating procurement cycles.

Under the terms of the agreement, Elbit will deliver a suite of interconnected technologies, including uncrewed autonomous vehicles, ground-based electronic warfare (EW) networks, and precision-guided munitions optimized for both artillery and air-to-ground strikes.

The contract also encompasses advanced electro-optical designation and reconnaissance systems.

All hardware will be integrated via a framework of tactical software-defined radios (SDR) to ensure seamless inter-unit data transmission and enhanced operational command.

The project will be managed and delivered over a 60-month window, adding substantial backlog visibility to the Nasdaq-listed defense contractor as international demand for high-tier electronic warfare and autonomous surveillance platforms remains elevated.
