Edgewell reports modest sales growth as momentum builds

Edgewell Personal Care (NYSE:EPC) reported fiscal third-quarter net sales of $570.1 million, up 1.7%, as North American organic sales returned to growth.

Sales increased from $560.4 million, while organic growth reached 1.1% and adjusted EPS remained unchanged at $0.72.

Gross margin fell 210 basis points to 42.5%, adjusted EBITDA declined to $78.9 million and quarterly restructuring costs reached $24.5 million.

Edgewell expects fiscal 2026 adjusted EPS of $1.80–$2.00, and following the announcement the Edgewell share price was up 3.7% at $29.58.

North American organic sales rose 3%, while Sun and Skin Care organic sales increased 5% and Wet Shave declined 1.9%.

The company ended June with $397.1 million in cash, declared a $0.15 quarterly dividend and expects approximately $92 million in fiscal 2026 restructuring charges.
