Dynatrace reveals Q1 revenue of $554.5M, up 16%

Dynatrace (NYSE:DT) reported fiscal first-quarter revenue of $554.5 million, up 16%, as annual recurring revenue reached $2.136 billion.

Revenue exceeded the company’s previous $547–$551 million guidance, while annual recurring revenue increased 17% from $1.822 billion.

GAAP net income declined to $36.7 million, adjusted EPS rose to $0.48 and adjusted free cash flow reached $309.2 million.

Dynatrace raised full-year adjusted EPS guidance to $1.97–$1.99, and following the announcement, Dynatrace's share price was up 2.7% at $45.71 in premarket trading.

The company repurchased 7.1 million shares for $275 million while annualised log consumption nearly doubled over two quarters to $200 million.

Dynatrace also launched a private preview of Bluebox, expanded its autonomous AI capabilities and began searching for a successor to retiring CFO Jim Benson.
