Daqo latest results show revenue reaching $62.7 million

Daqo New Energy (NYSE:DQ) reported second quarter 2026 revenue of $62.7 million, up from $26.7 million in the first quarter but below $75.2 million a year earlier, as higher polysilicon sales volume was offset by lower prices.

The results compared with the prior-year period as polysilicon sales volume increased to 15,190 metric tons from 4,482 metric tons, while average selling prices declined to $4.04 per kilogram.

Daqo reported polysilicon production of 43,675 metric tons and nameplate utilization of about 57%, while average selling prices remained below the total production cost of $5.95 per kilogram, resulting in a gross loss of $82.7 million.

The company reported a net loss attributable to shareholders of $81.2 million, or $1.20 per basic ADS, while non-GAAP EBITDA improved sequentially to a loss of $29.3 million with a negative margin of 46.8%.

Daqo New Energy ended the quarter with approximately $1.92 billion in cash, short-term investments and other financial assets, no debt, and expects Q3 2026 polysilicon production of 40,000–45,000 metric tons and full-year production of 160,000–180,000 metric tons.
