Crocs reports higher revenue with sales up 2.6% to $1.18B

Crocs (NASDAQ:CROX) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $1.18 billion, up 2.6% year over year, as direct-to-consumer growth supported results across its brands.

Adjusted diluted earnings per share increased 7.6% to $4.55 from $4.23, while GAAP diluted EPS reached $4.13 compared with a loss of $8.82 in the prior-year quarter.

Crocs reported adjusted operating income of $296 million, down 4.5%, with an adjusted operating margin of 25.1%, while gross margin declined to 59.4% from 61.7% and adjusted gross margin fell to 60%.

The Crocs Brand generated revenue of $1 billion, up 4.3%, driven by 12.9% direct-to-consumer growth, while HEYDUDE Brand revenue declined 5.7% to $179 million.

Crocs also repaid $31 million of debt and repurchased approximately 2.3 million shares for $251 million during the quarter, while the board expanded its share repurchase authorization to approximately $2 billion.
