Corporación América Airports (NYSE:CAAP) reported Q2 2026 revenue excluding construction services of $470.7 million, up 8.2% year over year despite slightly lower passenger traffic.
Passenger traffic declined 0.6% to 20.6 million, while commercial revenue rose 13.2% and aeronautical revenue increased 3.7% from the prior-year quarter.
Operating income fell to $105.5 million from $117.3 million, while adjusted EBITDA excluding construction services decreased 4.5% to $160.3 million.
Following the announcement, Corporación América Airports' share price was down 2.54% at $25.47 in premarket trading.
Corporación América Airports ended June with $692.5 million in cash and cash equivalents and net debt equal to 0.5 times trailing adjusted EBITDA.
The company approved $150 million of cash dividends for 2026 and said it continues pursuing airport concessions across the Americas, Africa and the Middle East.
