Construction Partners (NASDAQ:ROAD) reported fiscal Q3 2026 revenue of $999.4 million, up 28.2%, while net income increased to $59.6 million.
Revenue increased from $779.3 million a year earlier, while adjusted EBITDA rose 23.8% to $163.0 million and gross profit reached $168.4 million.
Project backlog reached a record $3.36 billion, while Construction Partners raised FY26 adjusted EBITDA guidance to $559–$569 million and revenue guidance to $3.64–$3.68 billion.
Following the announcement, Construction Partners' share price was up 6.33% at $106.50.
Elsewhere, Construction Partners acquired Ellsworth Construction in July, expanding into Tulsa and Oklahoma City while adding exposure to private infrastructure work including data center projects.
The company operates across eight Sunbelt states and had previously forecast FY26 revenue of $3.59–$3.65 billion before raising the range following Q3.
