Ciena reports strong Q4 and results with 20% revenue growth and provides guidance for 2026

Ciena® Corporation (NYSE:CIEN) today announced its financial results for the fiscal fourth quarter and full year ended November 1, 2025.

For the fiscal fourth quarter of 2025, Ciena reported revenue of $1.35 billion, reflecting a 20% increase year-over-year.

For the full fiscal year 2025, the company generated $4.77 billion in revenue, marking a 19% year-over-year growth.

Net income per diluted share for the fourth quarter was $0.13 on a GAAP basis, and $0.91 on an adjusted (non-GAAP) basis, compared to $0.25 and $0.54, respectively, for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024.

For the full year, GAAP net income per diluted share was $0.85, and adjusted net income per diluted share was $2.64, up from $0.58 and $1.82 in fiscal 2024, respectively.

Looking ahead, Ciena provided guidance for fiscal Q1 2026, projecting revenue in the range of $1.35 billion to $1.43 billion.

For the full fiscal year 2026, the company expects revenue to range from $5.7 billion to $6.1 billion.
