Church & Dwight (NYSE:CHD) reported second-quarter 2026 net sales of $1.53 billion, up 1.6% year over year, with organic sales increasing 5.8% across domestic, international and specialty product divisions.

Adjusted EPS reached $0.89, while gross margin increased to 45.4%, up 40 basis points on an adjusted basis compared with the prior-year period.

Organic sales growth was driven by volume growth of 4.3% and positive price and mix of 1.5%, while the company completed the acquisition of the MISS MOUTH’S MESSY EATER brand during the quarter.

Church & Dwight raised its 2026 outlook, expecting organic sales growth of 4% to 5%, adjusted gross margin expansion of 100 to 120 basis points and operating cash flow of about $1.175 billion.

Cash from operations increased 24.3% to $286.8 million during the quarter, while reported EPS was $0.85 and adjusted EPS increased within the company’s updated outlook.

Church & Dwight manufactures consumer products across household, personal care and specialty product categories, including brands sold through retail and e-commerce channels.
