Chunghwa Telecom (NYSE:CHT), Taiwan’s largest integrated telecommunications service provider, reported its unaudited consolidated operating results for March and the first quarter of 2026 on April 10.

The company maintained a consistent performance trajectory, supported by sustained demand for high-speed connectivity and enterprise digital infrastructure.

For the month of March 2026, Chunghwa Telecom achieved consolidated revenue of approximately NT$20.79 billion.

Income from operations for the monthly period reached NT$4.25 billion, while net income attributable to stockholders of the parent totaled NT$3.32 billion.

The company reported an EBITDA of NT$7.65 billion and earnings per share (EPS) of NT$0.42 for the month.

The March performance capped a robust first quarter for the carrier.

For the three months ended March 31, 2026, total consolidated revenue reached NT$59.99 billion.

Cumulative net income for the quarter stood at NT$10.11 billion, resulting in a quarterly EPS of NT$1.30.

The results underscore Chunghwa Telecom’s ability to defend its market-leading position amid a shifting competitive landscape in Taiwan.

Operating income for the first quarter totaled NT$13.10 billion, while EBITDA reached NT$23.30 billion, reflecting the company’s continued focus on operational efficiency and the high-margin expansion of its 5G and ICT business segments.
