New York-based Chimera Investment (NYSE:CIM) today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025.

During the fourth quarter, GAAP net income was $7 million, or $0.08 per diluted common share.

Earnings available for distribution totaled $45 million, or $0.53 per adjusted diluted common share.

GAAP book value per common share was $19.70 at December 31, 2025, with economic return of (0.9)% for the quarter.

For the full year, GAAP net income reached $144 million, or $1.72 per diluted common share.

Additionally, earnings available for distribution came in at $141 million, or $1.68 per adjusted diluted common share.
