CGI posts 2.5% revenue growth to $4.19 billion

CGI (NYSE:GIB) reported third quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $4.19 billion, up 2.5% year over year, with higher earnings and improved margins.

Revenue increased 1.3% in constant currency, while bookings reached $4.20 billion, producing a book-to-bill ratio of 100.1% and a backlog of $31.79 billion.

CGI reported earnings before income taxes of $633.9 million, a margin of 15.1%, while adjusted EBIT reached $681.7 million with a 16.3% margin and adjusted diluted EPS increased 9.0% to $2.29.

Following the announcement, CGI's share price was unchanged at $121.

Meanwhile, the company generated $604.5 million in cash from operations, invested $105 million in its business, spent $49.6 million on acquisitions and repurchased 4,427,600 Class A shares for $412.9 million.

CGI ended the quarter with net debt of $3.68 billion and declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share payable on September 18, 2026, while continuing to manage its global IT and business consulting operations.
