Cerenome (NASDAQ:CNSY) reported unaudited third-quarter 2026 gross payer billings of $1.55 million from 222 tests performed by its wholly owned CNSide Diagnostics subsidiary.

The company stated that gross billings represent charges submitted at list prices rather than recognized revenue or expected collections, with revenue expected to be substantially lower and initial cash collections anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Cerenome reported that its lead Tumor Cell Enumeration Test has 158 million contracted covered lives, while CNSide received favorable preliminary Medicare pricing for code 0640U with a target effective date of January 1, 2027.

The company stated that it targets approximately 200 million covered lives and beneficiaries by early 2027 and plans additional cerebrospinal fluid tests during the fourth quarter of 2026.

Cerenome also set an annualized total-test run rate target of at least 1,250 tests, while its $10 million to $12 million annualized gross billing run-rate target is based on list prices and assumed orders rather than a forecast of revenue, billings or collections.
