The company declared a 3.4% increase to its third-quarter cash dividend to reach $0.30 per share, while simultaneously recording a $4.4 million provision for credit losses.

The bank expects its robust capital position to support ongoing organic growth initiatives.

The bank also maintained total assets of $7.50 billion for the period, while total deposits reached $6.70 billion after growing by $150.8 million year-over-year.

Meanwhile, company also repurchased 321,858 shares of common stock for $11.3 million, which leaves $33.2 million available under its current share repurchase authorization.
