
CBL International revenue rises 49.2% to $395.6M

CBL International (NASDAQ:BANL) reported H1 2026 revenue of $395.59 million, up 49.2% year over year, as higher marine fuel prices and increased sales volume supported growth.
Revenue increased from $265.17 million a year earlier, while sales volume rose 10.9% and gross profit jumped 140.5% to $6.53 million.
Gross margin increased to 1.65% from 1.02%, operating expenses rose 2.2% to $3.49 million and net income reached approximately $1.50 million.
Following the announcement, CBL International's share price was up 24.7% at $12.91 in early trading.
CBL expanded its service network to more than 70 ports and acquired a 50.5% stake in Green Marine Energy Holdings to add sustainable feedstock and Malaysian bunkering capabilities.
The company also regained Nasdaq minimum bid-price compliance after a 1-for-13 reverse split and declared a $0.10-per-share dividend payable September 18 to shareholders of record August 28.
