Iran Says No Decision Yet on Second Stage of US Talks

Former Assistant Secretary of State Barbara Leaf said that a potential deal between the US and Iran on the Strait of Hormuz would simply reset the negotiating table for more detailed discussions on the wider war and that she does not believe there is credibility to President Trump's threats that this is Iran's 'last chance' to come to the table.
