
Cardinal Health extends CVS Health distribution agreement
- Cardinal Health (NYSE:CAH) signed a binding letter of intent to extend its existing distribution agreement with CVS Health through June 30, 2032.
- The extension would maintain the current scope of distribution services between the companies.
- Cardinal Health reaffirmed fiscal 2027 non-GAAP EPS guidance of $12.40–$12.60, representing 13%–15% growth.
Cardinal Health (NYSE:CAH) entered into a binding letter of intent with CVS Health to extend their existing pharmaceutical distribution agreement through June 30, 2032.
The proposed extension would continue the current scope of distribution services provided by Cardinal Health to CVS Health.
Following the agreement, Cardinal Health reaffirmed its fiscal year 2027 non-GAAP earnings per share guidance of $12.40 to $12.60, representing expected growth of 13% to 15%.
The company also reaffirmed its long-term non-GAAP earnings per share growth outlook of 12% to 14%.
Cardinal Health said additional updates may be provided during its first-quarter fiscal 2027 earnings call scheduled for November 5, 2026.
