Brookfield Business Corporation (NYSE:BBUC) reported second-quarter 2026 net income attributable to shareholders of $37 million, or $0.18 per Class A Share, compared with $26 million, or $0.12 per share, in the prior-year quarter.

Adjusted EBITDA reached $587 million, with approximately 5% growth excluding acquisitions and dispositions, supported by performance across its industrials, business services and infrastructure services segments.

The Industrials segment generated $323 million in adjusted EBITDA, Business Services delivered $204 million and Infrastructure Services contributed $96 million during the quarter.

Brookfield Business Corporation generated more than $1.2 billion in proceeds from capital recycling since the start of 2026, declared a quarterly dividend of $0.0625 per Class A Share.

The company committed more than $300 million to new investments, including positions in World Freight Company and Gregg Distributors, while available liquidity stood at $1.9 billion.

Brookfield Business Corporation operates businesses across industrial operations, business services and infrastructure services, using acquisitions, operational improvements and asset sales as part of its investment strategy.
