BrightSpring Health Services (NASDAQ:BTSG) reported strong second-quarter 2026 financial results, highlighted by a 23% year-over-year increase in net revenue to $3.87 billion.
The company posted a 31.5% increase in gross profit to $493 million and saw Adjusted EBITDA rise 44.2% to $206 million during the quarter.
The Pharmacy Solutions segment generated $3.40 billion in revenue, a 22% increase, while the Provider Services division grew 30% to $466 million.
Following a $300 million paydown and refinancing of its First Lien Facility, the company reported a leverage ratio of 2.15x.
Following the announcement, BrightSpring Health Services share price was up at $69.37.
Looking ahead, management raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $15.1 billion to $15.425 billion, projecting 17.0% to 19.5% growth.
The company also completed a $60 million repurchase of 1,026,465 shares alongside a secondary offering during the quarter.
