BrenX (NASDAQ:BRNX) reported a first half 2026 net loss of $6.09 million, an 18% improvement from the prior-year period, while revenue declined to zero from $387,000.

The company reduced its operating loss by 9% to $5.97 million compared with the first half of 2025, while shareholders’ equity increased to $4.59 million from $3.49 million at year-end 2025.

Cash and cash equivalents totaled $5.69 million as of June 30, 2026, while the company continued commissioning its 32 MWh bGen™ system at Tempo and began site work on the 12 MWh Wolfson Medical Center project.

BrenX purchased a 1.2 MWp operating photovoltaic facility in Hungary for approximately $1.1 million and signed an agreement to acquire adjacent land and solar infrastructure for a planned integrated energy resource center.

BrenX develops energy solutions focused on thermal energy storage, renewable power integration, and distributed energy infrastructure projects.
