BOS (NASDAQ:BOSC) reported second quarter 2026 revenue of $14.9 million, up 29% year-over-year, while net income increased to $1.4 million as operating performance improved.
The results compared with the prior-year period as BOS reported higher quarterly revenue, while first-half revenue remained broadly stable at $26.2 million compared with $26.6 million in 2025.
BOS reported second quarter gross margin of 23% and operating income of $1.1 million, while its first-half results included net income of $2.1 million and diluted earnings per share of $0.30.
The company reported a record backlog of $31 million, with approximately $20 million scheduled for delivery by the end of 2026, while RFID division revenue increased 17.5% year-over-year in the first half.
BOS said Supply Chain revenue declined 5.8% during the first half and that U.S. dollar depreciation increased operating expenses by about $0.6 million, while the company reaffirmed its expectation for 2026 revenue above $51 million.
